Erica brings commercial focus, change management, and go-to-market strategy and execution to her role as CEO of Compact Membrane Systems (CMS). Over the past eight years, she has transformed the company from a domestic R&D lab to a globally active, commercially successful company, culminating in its recent Series A financing.
Prior to leading CMS, Erica spent 14 years at McKinsey and Company, developing expertise in product and acquisition strategy, product launch, portfolio management, new company growth, and risk management strategy for innovative products with long development cycles. Erica led several internal strategic initiatives and implementations for McKinsey, including women’s talent and best practice consulting. She received her BA in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and her MA and PhD in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
